Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel prior to 30 days of the reservation date, we will be happy to refund any fees that have been collected for your stay, less credit card processing fees and 6% booking engine service fee.
  
• If you cancel within 30 days of arrival date, your account will be charged the entire rental fee that is due, unless we are able to secure another occupant of equal value. If we do secure another occupant, then you will receive a full or partial refund of your prepaid rental fee

Payment Policy:

• For all reservations, a 50% upfront deposit by Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover is required to confirm. The remaining 50% balance will be due 30 days prior to your stay.  Reservations made within 30 days of stay must pay the entire balance at the time of reservation.
  
• In addition to the rent , Hocking Hills Yurts and Cabins reserves the right to charge your credit card additional costs incurred for extra cleaning, damages or items missing from the unit. An extra cleaning fee charge will be invoked when the unit is left in an extraordinarily unclean condition
